EPISODE #6: Revamping My Routine

Thank you for joining me for another episode of ASPIRE. CREATE. INSPIRE. In today’s episode, I talk about revamping my routine as the beginning of the school year approaches. For the last two years my household, like many households, had to pivot and adapt to the many changes in school and work. Now, that we have a walking toddler in our family, it’s even more important that we have a structure to work with as we continue to adapt and grow together. While I’m thinking about the routine I’m implementing, I’m using three categories to help me stay focused: REST, play, and efficiency.

In each of the categories, I’m sharing different approaches I’m taking to achieve harmony even as unexpected things come up. The key is to have a system to refer to so you can come back to your center and ground. I’m taking what works, utilizing my tools and resources, and finding a fit.
